Kristine Lynch, the Principal Consultant of K Lynch LLC, provides a wide range of policy-oriented products and services to clients at the interface of business and government, facilitating mutual understanding about the rules, realities, and potential of sustainable ocean resource development.  Dr. Lynch draws from more than two decades of experience in Washington, D.C. with the Senate Committee on Commerce, Science, and Transportation; the U.S. Marine Mammal Commission; Shell Exploration & Production Company; and the Pacific Seafood Processors Association to advance science-based policy solutions for ocean resource businesses.  She earned a BS in Natural Resources from the University of Michigan and an MS and PhD in Fisheries and Wildlife from Michigan State University.
